Welcome to the Vigo County Retired Teachers Association (VCRTA) website!  We are an organized group of retired teachers who taught and/or live in Vigo County, Indiana. Any retired teacher, administrator, or surviving spouse who is receiving a pension from the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund (ISTRF) may become a member by payment of annual dues.
